We excavate down to the footing, properly clean and prepare the foundation wall, repair cracks and problem areas, then apply a professional waterproof system designed to keep water out.

Expose the foundation wall to the footing so repairs and waterproofing can be done correctly.
2) Wall prep & repair
Clean the surface and address cracks/voids before waterproofing is applied.
3) Waterproof system
Apply coating/membrane and detail around corners, joints, and penetrations.
